Neuro-Hope’s Advanced Telehealth Platform brain injury rehabilitation programs

  • Patients who had previous cognitive rehabilitation but remain with cognitive disabilities.

  • High Achievers: by education, occupation or avocation.

We have over 20 years of experience in nationwide delivery of outpatient brain injury rehabilitation services via our Advanced Telehealth Platform. The vast majority of our patients resumed their recovery within 2 weeks of starting our therapy. The high rate of success with this population of complex cases can be attributed to our innovative process, which uses therapy techniques and technology that don’t fit into the financial model that insurance will reimburse. Consequently, our multidisciplinary program needs to be self-pay. The first 2 weeks require a commitment to daily hour-long online therapy sessions. By the end of the 2 weeks, the patient and family will know if our program is likely to increase patient’s quality of life and level of function.

Program Description - common features of both programs

  • A self-pay program which uses technology and effective therapy techniques that insurance rarely covers

  • Strongly patient-centered and patient-participatory care model

  • Telehealth delivers therapy to the patient in their multiple natural environments, where patients perform their activities

    • Clinicians gain added insight by working with and seeing the patient in their natural environments

    • Patients live their lives in their natural environments, and easily apply therapy to their activities there

  • There are game-changing advantages to therapy delivered by our advanced telehealth technology when neither the client nor the clinician has to travel

  • We understand that survivors have unique knowledge of their abilities and needs, and include the survivor as a member of the treatment team

  • Our therapy addresses the personal-priority activity, the behavioral expression of cognitive functioning

  • We integrate the patient’s Personal Technology Network to help support new therapy interventions

  • Telehealth enables flexible encounters

    • As the patient makes gains, encounters require less time; even 10-15 minutes are effective

    • The clinician can end an encounter when the patient loses concentration

  • Neuro-Hope’s highly customizable software suite can be integrated with the patient’s Personal Technology Network
